Topic: Can't add any new websites

Hi I am not able to add any new websites. And  also I am not able to update the ftp of my users. I constantly get the message hangman telling me that I need to refresh the page because the changes are taking to long , it has been one day already. Some of clients are not able to update their website right now. I already send a message with my details to you guys.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Hi Charlotte, I've responded to your email on this. The problem is with your FTP server, the connection times out when SimpleCMS tries to connect to it.
