Topic: Unable to connect with FTP server

Hi

I am unable to connect to my hosting server. Tried other computers, turned off firewall, tried to connect with other cms and connected successfully, however simple cms does not connect and i get this message:
We are unable to connect to the FTP server, please check that the details you gave us are correct.

If you keep seeing this message, you could check your details using your FTP software.

You may also need to add our dedicated IPs to your allowed FTP list:
208.109.198.3
208.109.198.189

cushycms connects it.

Any help?
