Seem to be getting the message 'That page doesn't exist' on two of my site that were working a few days ago and nothing has changed.
My host have told me that they haven't changed anything on there end.
Help?
Hi Jason, that message will appear when the system has been unable to download the page you want to edit. This can be a temporary connectivity issue from our server to yours or it can be an issue with the FTP transfer if it fails or if your FTP settings have changed and the system hasn't been updated with the new details.
Let us know if you continue to experience this issue and we'll do what we can to help.
I've checked the settings and can FTP from my own machines a private VPN and from a free account with Cushy (wanted to make sure...) and all works fine. Just seems to be from simpleCMS
Further information:
The FTP IP is : 213.175.198.14
The hosts have confirmed that neither of your IP addresses are blocked from contacting there server.
This is still a problem - my host doesn't seem to have a block on there end but I'm now more than 14 days without been able to edit the sites through the service.
