Topic: Random Sub Pages Missing

Some pages make it for me to edit and some do not. Have tried refreshing several times and it is still not picking up.
This is the site: http://test2.websitetest17.com/ For example it picks up almost everything except under resources which did not recognize Bylaws nor Partner links. Is there a way to add it manually. Not sure why almost all are there except one or two.

I figured out how to fix it by submitting the sitemap, they finally appeared. However, when I try to access the page to edit, it always reverts back to the index page.
