My client has just been in contact to say that after spending hours updating a page of their site they have now lost all the changes they made. Obviously I can't tell if they were doing it correctly but they do tell me that they were saving regularly.
Is there any way of retrieving a previous copy of the page - are previous versions backed up at all?

If I had a dollar every-time one of my clients makes a change, saves the draft but FORGETS to click "Save Changes" at the top ... well, I would have $4.00.
Could this possibly have been the case?
Hey, I've done it myself :) ... it's one of the main reasons we made the 'Save Changes' button flash like that. Enough to make you see it, but not too much to make it annoying.
