Topic: Logging out when clicking save changes

I have a client who is using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9. When they go to edit their content and click save it logs them out. It also logs her out when she clicks on the site map.

I have logged in under her username and password and I encountered no such problems. I am using a Mac and Safari.

Is this happening because she is using Windows and/or Internet Explorer?

Hi Patricia, could you let us know which user this is happening to and which site this is happening on? Feel free to email the details to us.

It shouldn't be logging her out no matter what browser or operating system.

While we investigate the issue, is she able to use a different browser?

Safari is the best to me because it's optimized for Lion and if you use gesture,
Safari is very responsive compares to Chrome.
