Topic: Not receiving emails when creating a new account

Hi

When i create a new account the costumer is not receiving the email with the username and password.
I am using my own domain to login in the CMS. (cname)

Hi Edwin, we don't email your clients. After you add a user in SimpleCMS it gives you a template email for you to send to your client. It also mentions that we will never email them. The only time the system will email your client is if they submit their email address into the "Forgotten password" form.
