On the FAQ page of one of my sites (gedcbt) I am not able to make any of my bulleted or numbered text editable - can you help?

Hello,
I am making changes to the Greenleaf Trust site - when I click save draft, everything saves, however when I click save changes at the top, it reverts back to the previous version.
All my other sites are working normally - can you help?
