I've just logged in and managed to make it editable; if you do have any more problems though, you can always choose to define the edit zones via the code view.
I like the colour scheme you've chosen for your branding by the way! Really nice ;)

Hi David, we're in the UK too - it shouldn't be an issue with the domain name suffix.
Could you email us with the details and we can try and add it from our end? We will also extend your account, so no worries about going over the 30 days.
Have you checked your page permissions?
Thanks for your feedback, we'll take that on board for future updates
You have 4 websites in your account, could you email us with more details about which one you are referring to please?
You can already insert Youtube clips - just change the permissions settings for that particular user
If you could email us the FTP details we will look into this for you...
The speed issues you are experiencing will have something to do with your issues here (which sound to be FTP related)
I have passed this onto Simon who will get back to you on email
As this is an account-related issue, I have responded via email
We are looking into other options for editing on-page and will consider your suggestion
Thank you, everyone, for your patience whilst we experienced these problems.
On a positive note, the beauty of a system like SimpleCMS, is that if and when something fails at our end, your clients' sites are not affected at all. Granted, it's not ideal that your clients cannot edit their sites through the system and would have to contact you to make changes via FTP, etc. but the sites do remain online and fully functioning.
We hope you will continue to use the system and know that when something like this happens, we will do our best to ensure that there is a minimum amount of disruption for both you and your customers.
Thank you again for your patience while we sorted this issue and we intend to keep these to a minimum (if at all) for obvious reasons.

UPDATE: what was an isolated few cases has now turned into a server issue and we're in the process of getting to the bottom of this with our hosting provider. We aim to get this up-and-running as soon as possible; I know how frustrating this will be for you all and your clients. It's very frustrating for us too. Thank you so much for your patience, guys.

This isn't a system-wide issue but if so many of you are experiencing this then there's obviously something wrong. Please let us investigate this and get back to you as soon as we can. In the meantime, please accept my apologies for the problems you've been experiencing.

I see from Twitter that you sorted this in the end
This is a nice idea, we will bear it in mind for the new release which is due to start its testing phase later in the year
Sorry for the late reply, René - could you please send us an email about this as it relates to billing. We will get an invoice out to you by return.
You need to add images through the text editor, as it's different to the way you would crop the image for instance. You can only change the image when there is an image edit flag.
We do not offer web hosting, but we can recommend the company we use:
http://smplc.ms/hosting
Could you email the details through to us so that we can test them...?
The system picks up the CSS to use in the text editor so that it should match what you have anyway - and unless you're using white on white on your site, it should show correctly in the system
You need to switch to using BR instead of P tags - you can do this in your Site Settings area
