My client has just been in contact to say that after spending hours updating a page of their site they have now lost all the changes they made. Obviously I can't tell if they were doing it correctly but they do tell me that they were saving regularly.
Is there any way of retrieving a previous copy of the page - are previous versions backed up at all?
