When attempting to replace an Image in an editable field, sometimes a new upload works, and sometimes it stops uploading the image (the blue bar stops) and a faded red bar appears above it. After this happens, there is no response. It just will not take the photo. It's a jpeg so that is a non-issue. Happens in Safari as well as Firefox and Chrome on OS X.

Hi, can you email us some of the photos you've tried uploading. I'm wondering if the file size and/or resolution are quite large which might cause a problem. Once we have the images we can test them.
I have a defined image to edit, however I am unable to edit the image. When I click on the Image icon, I get a menu listing ways to copy or download the image - not to upload an image.
I am able to edit text very easily - however but not the images. Please help. Thanks.
Hi Thomas, could you send us screenshots and links to pages that this is happening on. Also which browser / version are you using? Feel free to email the details to us.
When I logged in to your account and clicked the image edit button and it has opened the image up for cropping or I can upload a new image, which is what it should do.
