How does the billing for my customers work? Is it up to me to bill them monthly or do you have a service or feature that can do that?

Hi Mykul, we currently do not offer a solution for you to bill your clients. It is up to you how you choose to bill your clients, i.e. a one-off, annual or monthly fee.

The simplest solution would be to setup a calender reminder each month/year to remind you to invoice your client.
